Tandem breakers are not universal. The Parallax Power ITEQ1515 should only be installed in load centers or RV power centers that list/accept Siemens Type QT tandem breakers. The panel wiring diagram should show which positions accept tandem breakers. Do not install a tandem breaker in a position that is not listed for tandem use, and do not exceed the total number of circuits allowed by the panel.
Circuit breaker replacement involves 120V AC power and load center wiring. Incorrect breaker selection or installation can cause electrical shock, overheating, fire, equipment damage, or loss of circuit protection.
