The Ventline BV2111-55 is a heavy-duty exterior wall vent, designed specifically for an RV or enclosed trailer's range hood exhaust outlet. Its integrated canopy blocks rainwater from entering the exhaust duct, and a built-in damper can be locked closed, making it well suited to range hoods that lack their own internal damper. It's molded from durable injection-molded styrene plastic for long-lasting outdoor use, with a collar that extends 1-3/4" into the wall for a secure connection.
Mounting screws and sealant are not included and must be purchased separately. Confirm the outside wall surface can accept mounting screws before installation.
This vent has a 1-3/4" collar depth. If the existing vent has a shorter 5/8" collar depth instead, a different part (white #V2111-03) is the correct match. Measure the existing vent's collar depth to confirm fit, or compare to the RV wall thickness.
This same vent with a 1-3/4" collar is also available in white as part #V2111-13 (or #BV2111-61), if a different color is preferred.
