5-section nesting sewer hose support system. Lifts and guides your RV sewer hose over uneven terrain for reliable downhill drainage. Supports up to 15 feet of 3-inch hose. Ready to use out of the box.
A sewer hose left lying on the ground at an uneven campsite or dump station will pool waste in low spots, drain slowly, and leave residue in the hose after disconnecting. The Camco Rhino 43072 Nesting RV Sewer Hose Support Kit solves that problem by elevating and guiding your hose in a continuous downhill path from your RV's drain valve to the dump station inlet — ensuring clean, complete drainage every time.
The kit includes five individual support sections that set up in seconds and link together to support any hose run up to 15 feet. Each section's variable height — 8½ to 10½ inches — allows the system to adapt to sloped or uneven terrain, maintaining a consistent downhill grade regardless of the surface underneath. The high-visibility orange color makes it easy to spot and retrieve, and the smooth surface rinses clean in moments. When the job is done, all five sections nest compactly together and strap into a single bundle for easy storage.
Five independently placed sections adapt to any terrain slope, keeping your hose consistently pitched downhill toward the drain
Bright orange color makes the support easy to spot and retrieve at the campsite — no searching around in the grass
All five sections stack compactly into a single nested bundle secured with the included strap — minimal storage footprint
Built from tough UV-stabilized material that resists fading, warping, and brittleness through seasons of outdoor use
Each of the five sections is a standalone saddle-style cradle that holds a 3-inch sewer hose without straps or fasteners. You simply place them along the hose run at spacing that provides continuous support. The variable cradle height — 8½" at the low end to 10½" at the high end — means each section can be flipped or repositioned to create a consistent downhill grade even when the ground is uneven: • Place taller sections closer to the RV (highest point of the run) • Place shorter sections progressively toward the dump station (lowest point) • Five sections × ~24 inches each = approximately 10 feet of supported run, with sections spaced to span up to 15 feet total The smooth, open-top cradle design means the hose simply rests in place and is just as easy to remove after use — no clips, no straps, no hassle.
The 43072 supports sewer hoses up to 15 feet long and 3 inches in diameter. It is designed for standard collapsible RV sewer hoses, not rigid pipe or larger-diameter hoses. If your hose run exceeds 15 feet, consider pairing the 43072 with an additional support section, or choose the Camco Sidewinder series (43041 for 15 ft, 43051 for 20 ft) which is available in longer continuous lengths for extended hookups. Note on campground regulations: Many state parks and RV resorts — including all California state parks — require a sewer hose support when using full hookups. The 43072 meets that requirement.
At the Campsite or Dump Station: 1. Unstrap & Separate: Remove the storage strap and separate the five nested sections 2. Survey the Ground: Note high and low points between your RV drain valve and the dump station inlet 3. Place Sections: Set sections along the hose path — taller-end orientation toward the RV, shorter-end toward the dump station — spacing them evenly to cover the full run 4. Lay Hose in Cradles: Connect your sewer hose to the RV drain valve and lay it into each cradle section in sequence 5. Connect to Dump Station: Attach the hose elbow and adapter to the dump station inlet and open your drain valve 6. After Draining: Close the valve, disconnect the hose, remove from cradles, and rinse both the hose and supports if needed 7. Nest & Store: Stack all five sections together, secure with the strap, and stow for next use
In the Box: • (5) Rhino sewer hose support cradle sections • (1) Storage strap for nesting sections together NOT Included — Recommended Separately: • RV sewer hose (RhinoFLEX 39741, Rhino X 39390, or similar 3" hose) • Sewer hose elbow and 4-in-1 adapter (typically included with hose kits) • Additional support sections if hose run exceeds 15 feet

The 43072 Rhino nesting design excels at compact storage — five sections bundle into a tighter package than an equivalent-length Sidewinder. The Sidewinder series is better suited for runs that must navigate around obstacles, as its continuous articulating design curves around corners and curbs more naturally. Choose based on your typical campsite layout and storage space.
For 20-foot hose kits, the 43072 supports the first 15 feet of the run. Pair with an additional support cradle or a short Sidewinder section to support the full 20-foot length if needed at your campsite.
