Complete gravity-fed battery watering system with steel mounting bracket and automatic refill valve. Never run out of water during maintenance operations.
The Flow-Rite BA-MS-700 represents the ultimate solution for high-volume battery maintenance operations. This complete gravity-fed system eliminates the need for pumps or electricity while ensuring you never run out of water during critical battery watering procedures. The integrated float valve automatically maintains the 5-gallon tank at capacity by connecting directly to your facility's water supply through a standard 3/4" spigot connection.
Engineered for industrial battery facilities, forklift charging areas, and high-volume maintenance operations, the BA-MS-700 includes everything needed for professional-grade installation: a rugged steel mounting bracket for secure wall installation, 10-foot water supply hose with built-in filter, 11-foot feed tube with inline strainer, and quick-connect coupler. The system operates purely by gravity flow (no power required) while the float valve ensures continuous availability of deionized water for Millennium Evo and Pro-Fill battery watering systems.
Float valve automatically refills tank from water line - never run out of water during maintenance operations
Rugged steel shelf provides secure wall installation with pre-made mounting solution for proper fit
Pure gravity-fed operation eliminates electrical costs and works during power outages
Includes tank, bracket, auto-refill valve, supply hose with filter, feed tube, and all mounting hardware
HEIGHT REQUIREMENT: The bottom of this tank MUST be installed at least 6 feet above the top of the tallest batteries being watered. Insufficient height will result in inadequate water pressure and improper system operation. Measure your installation location carefully before ordering. DEIONIZED WATER ONLY: This system is specifically designed for use with deionized water only. Do not use tap water, distilled water, or other water types. Using improper water can damage batteries and void warranties. WATER SOURCE REQUIRED: Requires connection to a standard 3/4" spigot or water line for automatic refill functionality. If no water line is available at your installation location, consider the BA-MS-702 (manual fill) or BA-MS-703 (tank only) models instead.
Compatible Battery Watering Systems: • Millennium Evo automatic watering systems • Pro-Fill battery watering systems • Systems requiring gravity-fed water supply Ideal Applications: • Industrial battery charging facilities • Forklift fleet maintenance operations • Material handling equipment charging areas • Floor scrubber and sweeper battery maintenance • Powered pallet jack battery rooms • Scissor lift and aerial work platform facilities • Any high-volume battery watering operation Water Type Compatibility: Deionized water only
Flow-Rite offers three gravity tank options. Choose the model that fits your facility: BA-MS-700 (This Model): Includes steel mounting bracket AND auto-refill valve. Best for facilities with water line access and high-volume operations. Tank automatically maintains water level. BA-MS-702: Includes steel mounting bracket but NO auto-refill. Best for facilities with water line access but prefer manual filling. Tank must be manually refilled. BA-MS-703: NO mounting bracket, NO auto-refill. Tank only for shelf placement. Best for budget-conscious operations with existing shelf infrastructure. Manual fill only. All three models include the same 11-foot feed tube with inline strainer and quick-connect coupler.
Required Tools: • Drill with 1/4" bit • Phillips head screwdriver • Level (for bracket alignment) • Tape measure • Pencil (for marking holes) • All mounting hardware included Installation Steps: 1. Plan Installation Location: Identify wall location where tank bottom will be at least 6 feet above tallest battery tops. Ensure water supply line is accessible within 10 feet. 2. Mount Steel Bracket: Use level to position bracket on wall. Mark mounting holes with pencil. Drill pilot holes with 1/4" bit. Secure bracket to wall using included mounting hardware. 3. Place Tank on Bracket: Carefully lift tank onto mounted steel shelf. Ensure tank sits securely in bracket. 4. Connect Water Supply: Attach 10-foot water supply hose (with integrated filter) to standard 3/4" spigot or water line connection point. 5. Connect to Tank: Route supply hose to tank and connect to float valve inlet. Float valve will automatically control water level. 6. Install Feed Tube: Connect 11-foot feed tube with inline strainer to tank outlet. 7. Connect to Battery System: Attach quick-connect coupler at end of feed tube to your Millennium Evo or Pro-Fill battery watering system. 8. Test System: Turn on water supply. Float valve should fill tank to capacity and automatically shut off. Test gravity flow to batteries by initiating watering cycle. Professional installation recommended for optimal performance and leak-free operation.
In The Box: • 1 Gravity water tank (5-gallon capacity) • 1 Rugged steel mounting bracket/shelf • 1 Automatic float valve refill system • 1 Water supply hose with inline filter (10 feet) • 1 Feed tube with inline strainer (11 feet) • 1 Quick-connect coupler • All mounting hardware (screws, bolts, anchors) • Integrated carrying handle • Installation instructions • Warranty documentation Complete System - Everything Needed: This is a complete gravity-fed battery watering system. No additional components required except your existing Millennium Evo or Pro-Fill battery watering system and access to a 3/4" water line connection point. Tank automatically maintains water level, bracket provides secure mounting, and gravity delivers water to batteries without pumps or electricity.
All three models provide reliable gravity-fed water delivery. The BA-MS-700 is the premium solution for facilities needing automated operation and professional wall-mount installation.
Gravity-fed systems like the BA-MS-700 eliminate ongoing electrical costs and maintenance requirements associated with pump-based systems. The only requirement is proper installation height - the rest is handled by reliable physics.
