Restore your rig's shade and curb appeal with a direct-replacement awning fabric built to Lippert's Solera standards. This 20'1" Black Fade vinyl panel is sized for 21ft awning assemblies and is cross-compatible with Solera, Dometic, and Carefree systems -- giving you a factory-quality upgrade without replacing the entire roller assembly.
The V000334444 uses 13.5-oz vinyl -- a commercial-grade weight that balances durability with manageable rolling tension. The fabric is cold-crack tested to -25F, so it won't stiffen, split, or delaminate during shoulder-season camping or winter storage in cold climates. The underside is finished in white to reflect heat and brighten your outdoor living space.
Heat-welded seams replace stitched construction at the highest-stress points of the fabric -- the hem, the lead bar pocket, and the roller tube channel -- eliminating needle holes that can wick water over time. A poly cord runs the full length of the fabric for an optional LED light track (light track and lights sold separately).
Heavy commercial-weight vinyl resists UV degradation, mildew, and tearing through years of outdoor exposure.
Remains flexible and intact in freezing temperatures -- no cracking or delamination during cold-weather use or storage.
Bonded seams at critical stress points are stronger and more watertight than stitched alternatives.
Built-in poly cord along the valance hem accommodates an aftermarket LED light track for evening ambiance (track not included).
This fabric is cut for a 21ft awning assembly. The fabric width is 20'1" -- approximately 11 inches shorter than the nominal awning size, which is standard across all awning brands. The awning fabric itself has an 8ft projection (the depth from the roller tube to the lead bar when fully extended).
This fabric is engineered to fit the following awning brands and systems:
The roller tube assembly, end caps, and lead bar are not included -- this listing covers the replacement fabric panel only. If your existing hardware is in good condition, it reuses directly with this new fabric.
The Black Fade colorway transitions from a deep charcoal/black at the roller edge to a lighter fade toward the valance. The top surface provides a sleek, modern appearance while the white underside reflects sunlight downward, keeping the patio area noticeably cooler and brighter on sunny days.
