The Ventline V2110SP-24 pairs a low-profile aluminum roof vent lid with a matching 2-1/8" Polar White ceiling trim ring for a complete, finished installation. The flat, low-profile aluminum lid opens and closes from inside with a hand-operated crank - no wiring involved - and sits only about 2-1/4" above the roof when closed, measured from the top of the mounting flange to the highest point on the lid. Since aluminum resists denting and holds up well to the elements over time, this lid style is a durable choice for anyone wanting to avoid replacing the vent's lid again down the road. The vent fits a standard 14" x 14" opening (14-1/4" x 14-1/4" rough opening), and the galvanized steel flange resists rust and corrosion.
This vent's lid is not designed to open facing the front of the trailer. Plan the mounting orientation accordingly during installation.
This vent is compatible with the MaxxAir Standard RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover (part #MA00-933069), which allows the vent to stay open even in the rain, or to be left open while traveling to help keep the RV cooler.
