Turn the ground outside your slide-out or awning into a clean, comfortable living space. The Lippert 2022115673 patio mat lays flat over grass, gravel, or concrete to keep dirt and debris out of your rig -- and give your campsite a finished, put-together look from the moment you unhitch.
Most generic outdoor rugs fade fast, trap moisture, and turn into a mold magnet by the end of the season. Lippert built this mat from a 70% PVS (polyvinyl siloxane) and 30% polyester blend -- a tight, open-weave construction that lets water drain through instead of pooling on the surface. That same weave is what makes it genuinely mold and mildew resistant, not just marketed that way.
At 8 ft x 20 ft it runs the full length of most Class A, Class C, and fifth-wheel awning setups, giving you real usable floor space -- enough for a table, chairs, and a grill pad. The sage colorway is neutral enough to complement any rig color without clashing.
Metal grommets at each corner let you stake the mat down on windy days. Stakes sold separately -- see Lippert part 2-2001.
Open-weave PVS construction drains water and resists mold, mildew, and UV degradation through multiple seasons of use.
Bound, finished perimeter edges prevent fraying and give the mat a clean, refined appearance at your campsite.
A matching carrying bag is included so the mat packs down neatly for storage in your basement bay or truck bed between trips.
The 8 ft x 20 ft footprint is sized to run under a standard 20-foot RV awning, giving you edge-to-edge coverage from the rig's sidewall to the awning drip rail. It also works well as an open-air patio mat at sites without awnings -- just stake the corners and set up your camp furniture on top.
The metal corner grommets are sized for standard patio rug stakes. Lippert sells compatible ground stakes separately under part number 2-2001. For best results on soft ground, use all four corners. On hard-packed gravel or concrete, the mat's weight (21 lbs) often holds it in place without stakes.
The mat folds down compactly and slides into the included carrying bag. At 21 lbs it is manageable for one person to carry and stow in an RV basement storage bay, truck bed, or cargo trailer. The PVS blend holds up to repeated folding and unfolding without cracking or creasing permanently -- a common failure point on cheaper vinyl-only mats.
