This 19" x 19" door assembly features a hinged design for convenient access to the water heater service area. It is useful when replacing a damaged, missing, bent, cracked, or worn water heater access door.

This part is a Girard RV water heater door installation kit. It is not an RV entry door handle, entry door lock, baggage door latch, screen door handle, or complete RV entry door. Before ordering, confirm the water heater application, cut-out style, color, and door size match the part being replaced.
This door kit is designed for Girard RV 10-gallon tankless water heaters and is compatible with Atwood/Dometic 10-gallon water heater cut-outs. For Suburban flush mount doors, modifications are not required. For Atwood flush mount doors, modifications are required because the kit does not cover the corners in the same way.
1. Confirm Application: Verify the water heater type, cut-out size, and existing door style before installation. 2. Remove Existing Door: Remove the old water heater access door and inspect the surrounding opening for damage or sealant residue. 3. Test Fit New Door: Position the replacement door kit against the opening and confirm alignment before final installation. 4. Modify If Needed: Atwood flush mount applications require modifications to properly cover the corners. Suburban flush mount installations do not require those modifications. 5. RV exterior door installation should be sealed properly to prevent leaks.
