The Barker 32453 VIP 3000 Power Jack replaces manual hand-cranking with the push of a switch, raising or lowering the trailer tongue with a full 18" stroke and a 3,000 lb. lifting capacity. A built-in level sits right on top of the head, making it easy to see when the RV is properly leveled while raising or lowering it, and a "Nite-Lite" provides light for hitching or unhitching after dark, or for finding something in the back of the tow vehicle. If battery power is ever lost, an emergency crank-through head allows the jack to still be operated by hand. The inner tube is sealed watertight to protect the precision screws and nuts from moisture and dirt, and a special heavy-duty foot pad helps prevent the jack from sinking into soft ground or asphalt.
For heavier trailers, Barker also offers the VIP 3500 Power Jack (part #32454), sharing the same 18" stroke and feature set but rated for 3,500 lbs. of lifting capacity.
