Give your RV awning a full refresh without replacing the entire assembly. The Lippert V000345096 is a heavy-duty 13.5-oz vinyl replacement fabric sized at 12'1" wide with an 8-foot projection, built to fit 13-foot Solera, Dometic, and Carefree awning assemblies. Cold-crack tested to -25F and finished with heat-welded seams, it is built to handle real outdoor conditions -- not just fair-weather camping.
Worn, faded, or damaged awning fabric is one of the most common cosmetic and functional issues RV owners face. Replacing just the fabric -- rather than the full awning assembly -- is the practical, cost-effective solution. Lippert engineered this Solera replacement fabric to drop into existing roller assemblies from Solera, Dometic, and Carefree with minimal hassle, using the same attachment standards as the originals.
The Green Fade colorway features a gradient finish on the exterior side, with a clean white underside that reflects heat and brightens your outdoor living space. The 13.5-oz vinyl construction is significantly heavier than entry-level fabrics, giving it the weight and rigidity needed to resist sagging, flapping, and stress at the seams over seasons of use.
Seams are heat-welded rather than sewn, eliminating stitch-hole leak points at the most stress-prone areas of the fabric.
Vinyl compound is tested for flexibility and crack resistance at -25F -- critical for four-season RVers and northern climates.
Includes a poly cord sewn into the drop hem for use with an optional LED light track -- no additional modification required.
Made to fit Solera, Dometic, and Carefree awning assemblies sharing the 13-foot platform and standard roller attachment.
This fabric is 12'1" wide and is designed for a 13-foot awning assembly. This is intentional: replacement fabric is typically cut approximately 11 inches shorter than the nominal awning width to allow for proper roller attachment and fabric hem fold-over on both ends. If your awning assembly measures 13 feet from end-cap to end-cap, this is the correct size.
The fabric provides an 8-foot projection -- that is the depth from the RV wall to the outer drop edge when the awning is fully extended. Verify both your awning width and your projection depth before placing your order.
Installation requires removing your existing fabric from the roller tube, feeding the new fabric into the roller tube channel or attaching via the original hardware method, and re-tensioning. Most RV owners comfortable with basic tools can complete this job in 1-2 hours with a helper. A second person is strongly recommended to manage fabric alignment during roller insertion.
Exterior (top) face: Green Fade -- a gradient color pattern transitioning through green tones, giving the awning a classic, appealing look from outside the rig. Interior (underside) face: White -- the standard white underside reflects sunlight, reduces heat buildup under the awning, and creates a brighter outdoor space. The white underside is consistent across most Lippert Solera replacement fabrics regardless of exterior color.
