The Curt 16429 bracket kit is engineered specifically for select 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD trucks. The brackets mount beneath the truck bed and provide secure attachment points for compatible Curt industry-standard above-bed 5th wheel rails.

Curt 16429 includes the custom under-bed mounting brackets and installation hardware only. Curt 16104 or 16204 above-bed 5th wheel rails are required and sold separately.
No drilling into the truck frame is required. Installation of the above-bed rails does require drilling the specified mounting holes through the truck bed according to the Curt installation instructions.
