Installation Notes

1. Disconnect 12V power and LP gas; allow furnace to cool.
2. Remove access panel; document wiring and wheel orientation (photos help).
3. Extract the old motor; inspect blower wheels. Replace wheels if cracked, bent, or loose on the hub.
4. Install 233004 with new gasket; torque screws evenly to avoid housing distortion.
5. Reinstall/align wheels to correct depth and set-screw position; verify no shroud rub.
6. Reconnect wiring observing polarity; secure with strain relief.
7. Test run: confirm smooth spin-up, no scraping, good airflow, normal amp draw, and burner ignition sequence.
