The rigid "C" channel slides directly into a track channel or onto a wiper seal with a track, making installation straightforward without adhesive or special tools. What You Need: A compatible track channel (70-4120-265) or wiper seal with track already mounted on your slide-out. This seal does not use adhesive — the rigid C-channel slides directly into the receiver. Basic Installation Steps: 1. Measure & Cut: Measure the full perimeter of your slide-out opening and cut the seal to the required length using a sharp utility knife or scissors 2. Clean the Track: Remove the old seal and clean the track channel to remove dirt, debris, and old rubber residue 3. Slide Into Place: Starting at a corner, press the C-channel base of the seal into the track and work around the perimeter, ensuring the channel seats fully 4. Trim to Fit: Cut any excess at the end point for a clean, flush joint 5. Test the Slide: Extend and retract the slide-out to confirm the seal compresses evenly and does not bind
