The B&W TS30037B is a Tow & Stow adjustable dual-ball mount built for a 3" receiver, featuring both a 2" and a 2-5/16" ball in one unit. Rotate the ball block to bring the size you need into position, so you can tow trailers with different coupler sizes without switching ball mounts.
Pull the two stainless steel adjustment pins to raise or lower the hitch in 1" increments for level towing, from a 4-1/2" drop up to a 4" rise. When you're finished towing, rotate the whole mount and stow it under your vehicle, so you're not catching your shin on it or hitting it with the garage door.

The TS30037B is a receiver-style Tow & Stow adjustable ball mount, not a Turnoverball gooseneck ball mount — Turnoverball is a separate B&W product line for underbed gooseneck towing. This mount is also a dual-ball configuration (2" and 2-5/16"), not a 3-ball kit, and its drop is 4-1/2 inches, not 8 feet.
