The Curt 13499 is engineered specifically for 2018-2025 Audi Q5 and SQ5 models, providing a precise vehicle-specific fit without drilling into the vehicle frame. Its concealed cross-tube design keeps the main hitch body tucked behind the rear fascia, leaving primarily the receiver opening visible.
The Class 3 hitch provides a standard 2" x 2" receiver for compatible ball mounts, cargo carriers, bike racks, and other hitch-mounted accessories. Carbon-steel construction is protected with a rust-resistant liquid A-coat and durable gloss black powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Drilling is not required, but installation does require temporary removal of the rear bumper fascia and bumper beam. Follow the Curt installation instructions and torque specifications during installation.
Curt specifically states that 13499 is not compatible with vertical hanging bicycle racks that require the bicycles to be hung or mounted vertically.
