Give your RV a fresh look and renewed protection with this direct-replacement vinyl awning fabric from Carefree of Colorado. Designed for 17 ft awning assemblies, it combines the main canopy and valance into one seamless piece -- no patchwork, no mismatched colors -- just a clean, classic appearance every time you roll it out.
The JU176A00 is a factory-style replacement that brings your awning back to like-new condition without replacing the entire assembly. The integrated single-piece construction eliminates the seam between the valance and main canopy, giving your rig a polished, uniform look that wears well over thousands of miles of highway and years of campsite use.
Constructed from heavy 13.5 oz vinyl, this fabric is built to resist UV degradation, moisture, and the daily wear that comes from rolling and unrolling in all conditions. The White Weatherguard wraps the outer edge of the rolled fabric, shielding the underside from sunlight, road debris, and abrasion when the awning is stowed.
One-piece design combines both panels for a sleek, seamless appearance with no visible seam when fully extended.
Heavy-duty vinyl resists UV rays, moisture, and daily rolling wear for long-lasting performance in all climates.
Protective outer wrap guards the rolled fabric from sun exposure, scrapes, and road grime during travel and storage.
Works with most A&E, Carter, Carefree, Dometic, Faulkner, and Norseman awning assemblies using standard polyrods.
This fabric measures 16 feet 2 inches in length and is sized for 17 ft awning assemblies. This is correct and intentional -- awning replacement fabric is designed to run approximately 5 inches shorter on each side (10 inches total) than the full awning width measurement. This clearance prevents binding at the end caps and arms during operation.
The fabric attaches to the roller tube using two polyrods inserted into two separate slots in the roller tube, consistent with standard Carefree and compatible awning roller systems. The fabric is single-hemmed with traditional fabric thread for clean, durable edges. Polyrod cord is standard size and compatible with most roller systems listed above.
The Burgundy Shale Fade colorway features a gradient fade pattern in deep burgundy and earth tones. Carefree uses smaller-scale patterns on this fabric family to complement a wide range of RV exterior colors and sidewall graphics without overwhelming the overall appearance. The White Weatherguard provides a clean contrast at the roll.
