The RollMax series features Remco's innovative Rebuild Ready design. When rollers wear out, you can service the pump in minutes using just a wrench – without disconnecting plumbing or removing the pump from the drive shaft. This dramatically reduces downtime and maintenance costs compared to traditional roller pumps.
When rollers wear, simply remove the 4 cap bolts and slide off the endplate. Replace rollers, lubricate the seal, reinstall, and you're back to spraying. No need to disconnect plumbing or remove the pump from the drive shaft. The only tool required is a wrench.
