Remove Old Seal: Completely remove old seal material, adhesive residue, dirt, and moisture from the mounting surface 3. Clean & Dry: Wipe with isopropyl alcohol and allow to fully dry — do not apply to a damp or contaminated surface 4. Measure & Cut: Measure the door or hatch frame perimeter and cut to length with scissors 5. Orient the Tab: Before applying, confirm the single tab will face toward the outside (exterior) after installation — this is the critical step for effective weather and moisture protection 6.
