The A10-5025EDBK is the RV's main shore power cord — not an extension cord. It connects directly between the campsite pedestal's 50-amp outlet (NEMA 14-50R) and the RV's shore power inlet. If the pedestal is already within reach of your RV's built-in cord: No additional cord is needed. If the pedestal is farther away than your RV's cord reaches: Use a 50-amp extension cord (such as Camco 55194 or 55195) rather than replacing the main cord — daisy-chaining two main cords is not recommended. Replacing a damaged or lost main cord: This is the correct replacement part.
