Choosing the right Alpha Systems sealant

  • Self-Leveling (1021): Horizontal surfaces — roof edges, around vents/skylights/ACs, screw heads.
  • Non-Sag (1010): Vertical seams — sidewalls, windows, doors, trim (won’t slump).
  • Color match: White, Black, Gray, Beige, Almond.
  • Prep: Clean, dry surfaces. Compatible with EPDM/TPO/metal/fiberglass when prepped properly.
