Professional hydraulic landing gear with independent side-to-side leveling. 24,000 lb combined capacity with dual pumps and manual override backup. Made in America.
Experience the ultimate in trailer landing gear control with the Bigfoot 2DMO-SQI24 dual pump system. Unlike single-pump slaved systems where both jacks move together, this professional-grade configuration gives you independent control over each jack through dual weatherproof switches. Perfect for gooseneck trailers and 5th wheels, this system allows you to level your trailer side-to-side on uneven ground, compensate for sloped parking surfaces, and adjust each corner individually for optimal stability.
With a combined lifting capacity of 24,000 lbs (12,000 lbs per jack) and 24 inches of travel, this system handles the heaviest loads with ease. Each jack has its own dedicated marine-grade pump assembly, ensuring faster lifting speeds and the ability to operate each side independently. The manual override feature provides emergency backup operation using the included hex drive adapter - just grab any cordless drill or hand ratchet and you can raise or lower the jacks even with a dead battery. Manufactured by Quadra Manufacturing in White Pigeon, Michigan with heavy-duty tube-in-tube construction and black powder coat finish for years of reliable service.
Dual pumps with separate switches allow side-to-side leveling on uneven ground - adjust each jack individually
12,000 lbs per jack - handles heavy gooseneck trailers, 5th wheels, and loaded equipment haulers
Hex drive backup operates with drill or hand tools - never stranded with dead batteries
Built by Quadra Manufacturing in Michigan with 5-year cylinder warranty coverage
Two Pumps, Maximum Flexibility: The 2DMO-SQI24 features two separate marine-grade hydraulic pump assemblies - one dedicated to each jack cylinder. This gives you complete independent control through individual toggle switches in the weatherproof control box. Want to raise just the left side? Press the left switch. Need to lower only the right side? Use the right switch. Need both jacks to move together? Press both switches simultaneously. When Independent Control Matters Most: • Parking on sloped or uneven ground • Compensating for side-to-side tilt • Adjusting trailer height for loading/unloading • Fine-tuning level after initial setup • Leveling heavy trailers with uneven weight distribution Each pump can be mounted directly to its corresponding jack (standard) or remotely mounted anywhere on your trailer frame. All hydraulic lines, fittings, and wiring harnesses come pre-configured for straightforward installation. The dual pump design also means faster lifting compared to slaved systems, as each pump operates at full capacity without sharing hydraulic flow.
Hydraulic Components: • Two SQI24 Square Leg Jack Cylinders (35" retracted, 24" stroke each) • Two Marine-Grade Pump/Motor Assemblies with Manual Override • Hydraulic Hoses (Universal Length) • JIC Hydraulic Fittings • Two Large Swivel Foot Pads Electrical Compon16.00ents: • Weatherproof Dual Control Box (IP65 Rated) with Key Lock • Complete Wiring Harnesses for Both Pumps • 120-Amp In-Line Circuit Breaker • 5 Feet of 4 AWG Battery Cable • Complete Wire Connector Kit Manual Override System: • Two Hex Drive Adapters (1/4" Hex - One Per Jack) • Manual Operation Instructions Mounting Hardware: • Universal Adjustable B-Style Mounting Brackets (Set of 2) • Complete Installation Hardware Kit (Bolts, Nuts, Washers) NOT Included (Purchase Separately): • 6 Quarts Dexron III Automatic Transmission Fluid • Cordless Drill or Hand Ratchet (for manual override operation)
Professional Installation Recommended: While this system uses universal mounting brackets and does not require welding, proper installation is critical for safe operation. Each pump assembly must be securely mounted with adequate ventilation and protection from road debris. Frame Compatibility: Verify your trailer frame can accommodate dual 4.5" x 4.5" square jack tubes and two pump assemblies. Measure available space carefully before ordering. Gooseneck and 5th wheel frames typically provide adequate clearance. Hydraulic Fluid Requirement: System requires approximately 6 quarts of Dexron III ATF for initial fill and bleeding. Use only ATF-compatible fluids (Dexron II/III, ATF+4, Mercon, Mercon V). Operating Dual Pumps: Each toggle switch controls one jack independently. Press both switches together to raise/lower both jacks simultaneously. Manual override operates each jack separately using its hex drive adapter.Download the Bigfoot 2DMO-SQI24 Installation Manual
The dual pump system is ideal for situations where you need maximum flexibility and control. If you frequently park on sloped terrain or need precise leveling adjustments, the independent control justifies the additional investment.
Regular Maintenance Schedule: • Check hydraulic fluid levels in both pump reservoirs monthly • System requires approximately 6 quarts total Dexron III ATF • Maintain fluid ¾" from top - never overfill reservoirs • Inspect all hydraulic lines and fittings for leaks every 3 months • Clean jack cylinders and remove road debris before each use • Test manual override on both jacks twice per year • Lubricate foot pad swivel points annually with marine-grade grease • Verify mounting bracket bolts are tight at start of each season • Keep battery fully charged - dual pumps require adequate voltage Common Issues and Solutions: • One Jack Won't Operate: Check individual pump connections, verify toggle switch operation for that side, inspect wiring harness for damaged connections • Jacks Move at Different Speeds: This is normal with independent pumps - slight variations don't affect performance • Slow Operation on One Side: Check fluid level in that pump's reservoir, inspect for air in hydraulic lines, verify battery voltage adequate • Hydraulic Leak on One Side: Tighten fittings on affected pump/jack assembly, inspect hoses for cracks • Both Jacks Won't Operate: Check main battery voltage, verify 120-amp breaker not tripped, inspect power connections at control box Hydraulic Fluid Specification: Use Dexron III automatic transmission fluid. Compatible alternatives: Dexron II, ATF+4, Mercon, Mercon V. Initial system fill requires approximately 6 quarts total (about 3 quarts per pump assembly).
