R32 is mildly flammable (A2L classification), which is why certified technicians and properly rated equipment are required for service. Recharging or handling of the refrigerant circuit must be performed by an EPA 608-certified HVAC technician.
The GRCS13XAHW is the designated replacement and upgrade for GE's older ARC-series rooftop air conditioner product line. If you're replacing an ARC model, GE provides a specific upgrade/transition kit that includes the gasket, mounting hardware, and adapter components needed to fit the new unit correctly to the original roof penetration and interior ceiling assembly. The upgrade kit is sold separately and is required for ARC-series replacements.

The GRCS13XAHW rooftop condenser/compressor unit does not include an interior ceiling air-distribution box. Verify that your existing ceiling assembly is compatible, or order the matching GE interior air handler separately. Do not attempt to mate this unit with a non-compatible ceiling box.
