It secures the tension cords on the shade to keep the bottom of the blind in place and eliminate the rattle that develops when the hold-down wears out or breaks. Comes complete with a spacer and attaching screw for a straightforward installation. Clear finish is unobtrusive on any window frame color. Package contains two hold-downs.
