Dometic 3108706.916 Brisk Air Universal Fan Motor Kit – Motor, Capacitor, Fan Blade & Blower Wheel

OEM Dometic 3108706.916 universal motor kit for Brisk Air rooftop A/C units (early Brisk Air, not Brisk Air II). Includes the dual-shaft motor, run capacitor, ~10–10½" condenser fan blade, 8" blower wheel, wiring hardware, and instructions—everything needed to restore airflow when a tired motor or damaged wheels are the culprit.

  • Complete solution: Motor + run cap + fan blade + blower wheel + hardware in one box.
  • Direct-fit for Brisk Air: Correct dual-shaft lengths and OEM footprint for early Brisk Air models.
  • Quieter operation: New bearings and balanced wheels reduce vibration and hum.
  • Fix it right: Replace worn blades/wheel along with the motor to restore designed CFM.

  • Photograph wiring; move leads one-for-one. Replace weak capacitors.
  • Use a hub puller/penetrating oil for stuck wheels; don’t pry on the housing.
  • Spin test after assembly; ensure no rubbing before restoring power.
