A reliable, code-compliant connection between your propane tank and regulator. The JR Products 07-30775 is a 36-inch OEM-style pigtail hose built with a 1/4" ID rubber core, a QCC1 hand-tighten fitting on the tank end, and a 1/4" male inverted flare on the regulator end -- making it a direct fit for most RV, camper, and travel trailer LP systems that use the standard QCC1 (Type 1) tank outlet.
Propane pigtail hoses are the first link in your RV's LP supply chain, running from the tank valve to the regulator inlet. When a hose cracks, stiffens, or fails a soap-bubble leak test, it needs to be replaced -- not patched. The JR Products 07-30775 is a direct OEM-replacement style hose built to the same standards as the hoses that ship on new units from the factory.
At 36 inches, this hose gives you enough reach to accommodate typical dual-tank setups with a changeover regulator, or single-tank configurations where the regulator mounts away from the cylinder. The QCC1 fitting threads on by hand and seals automatically against the tank valve -- no pipe wrench required on the tank side.
Hand-tighten QCC1 (Type 1) fitting seats and seals against standard 1-lb and larger DOT/ASME LP cylinders used on most RVs and travel trailers.
Regulator end terminates in a 1/4" male inverted flare (SAE), compatible with the inlet on most RV two-stage and single-stage propane regulators.
Meets Underwriters Laboratories and Canadian Standards Association requirements for LP gas hose assemblies -- required for most RV manufacturers and compliance inspections.
Enough hose to span from a standard 20 or 30 lb cylinder to a side-mounted or overhead changeover regulator without pulling tight against fittings.
This hose matches the spec of factory-installed LP pigtails on many travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. If your existing hose carries a similar QCC1-to-inverted-flare configuration, the 07-30775 replaces it directly without adapter fittings.
QCC1 (Quick-Closing Coupling, Type 1) is the current NFPA 58 standard for LP tank connections on hoses with flow capacity above 1 lb/hr. It replaced the older POL (left-hand thread) fitting on tanks produced after 1998. QCC1 fittings thread on clockwise by hand and have an internal excess-flow valve that closes if the hose is disconnected under pressure. Most RV propane tanks sold today use QCC1 outlets.
This hose terminates in a 1/4" male inverted flare. Verify your regulator's inlet port accepts a 1/4" inverted flare connection. Some regulators use 3/8" inverted flare or POL inlets and will require a different hose or an adapter. Do not force-fit mismatched fittings on LP gas connections.
