Lippert 100% Ceramic Bowl 18" Comfort Height Lippert Flow Max Permanent RV Toilet -- Elongated Seat, 18" Comfort Height

The Lippert Flow Max is a full-size permanent RV toilet built to replace the cramped, flimsy plastic fixtures that came stock in many rigs. A genuine ceramic bowl, residential-scale elongated seat, and efficient gravity-flush system give you a home-like experience on the road -- without sacrificing the low water usage that black-tank management demands.

A Real Toilet for Your Home on Wheels

Most factory-installed RV toilets are lightweight plastic units designed to hit a price point, not to provide comfort. The Lippert Flow Max changes that equation. The ceramic bowl is heavier and more durable than plastic alternatives, resists staining and odor absorption, and cleans up the same way a residential toilet does -- with standard bowl cleaner and a brush.

At 18" seat height, the Flow Max meets ADA comfort-height standards, making it accessible and comfortable for a wider range of users -- important when your bathroom is the only one available for days at a time.

Ceramic Bowl Construction

100% ceramic bowl resists stains, odors, and cracking better than plastic. Cleans like a residential toilet.

18" Comfort Height Seat

Elongated seat sits at 18" -- matching residential comfort-height standards for easy on/off access for all ages.

Foot-Pedal Flush Control

Partial press adds water to the bowl; full press flushes. Hands-free operation keeps things sanitary.

Water-Efficient Gravity Flush

Uses just 1 pint of water per flush -- critical for conserving tank capacity during dry camping or full-timing.

Foot-Pedal Flush System

The two-stage foot pedal gives you independent control over water fill and flush. A partial press opens the water supply to rinse or fill the bowl without triggering a full flush -- useful for rinsing the bowl between uses or keeping water in the bowl while parked. A full press opens the blade valve and flushes. This design keeps your hands clean and puts the controls right where you need them when seated.

Fully Enclosed Rim Design
The Flow Max features a fully enclosed rim that directs water around the entire bowl during flushing, preventing splashback and improving coverage with just 1 pint of water. No exposed underside to harbor odors or bacteria.

Installation and Compatibility

The Flow Max is designed as a permanent floor-mount toilet. It connects to a standard RV 3" ABS drain flange -- the same connection used by most permanent RV toilets. The water supply line connects to a standard 1/2" water supply fitting. Installation typically requires no special tools beyond a wrench, a screwdriver, and Teflon tape.

Replaces Most Permanent RV Toilets
The Flow Max is a direct drop-in replacement for many standard permanent RV toilet footprints. Verify your floor flange size (3" is standard) and rough-in dimensions before ordering. The base footprint of approximately 14.5" wide fits most RV bathroom floor plans designed for a permanent toilet.

Easy-Close Seat and Lid

The elongated plastic seat and lid are designed for slow, controlled closing -- no more slamming in a moving rig. The seat hardware is replaceable independently of the bowl if ever needed. The white finish matches the bowl for a clean, unified look.

Maintenance and Care

Keeping Your Flow Max in Top Shape
  • Use standard RV or residential bowl cleaners -- avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the ceramic glaze.
  • Inspect the blade seal annually and replace if you notice water leaking past the closed blade -- Lippert sells replacement seal kits separately.
  • Always keep water in the bowl when parked to prevent black-tank odors from migrating back through the valve.
  • When winterizing, fully evacuate water from the supply line and bowl per your rig's winterization procedure to prevent freeze cracking of the ceramic bowl.
Winterization Note
Ceramic bowls can crack if water is left inside and freezes. Fully drain and dry the bowl when winterizing your RV. Do not pour antifreeze directly into the ceramic bowl -- route antifreeze through the supply line only, then drain.

Important Information -- Read Before Installing
  • This is a PERMANENT floor-mount RV toilet. It is NOT compatible with cassette toilet systems or portable toilet setups.
  • Verify your existing floor flange is a 3" ABS or standard RV permanent toilet flange before ordering. Non-standard flanges may require an adapter (sold separately).
  • The ceramic bowl is heavy (31 lbs.) and fragile during shipping and installation. Use care when handling and do not drop.
  • Do NOT leave water standing in the bowl when winterizing -- ceramic can crack if water freezes inside.
  • A water supply line is NOT included. Use your existing line or purchase a compatible 1/2" RV supply line.
  • A floor seal/gasket is NOT included. Use an RV-rated rubber floor seal, NOT a standard residential wax ring.
  • Seat and lid are plastic, not ceramic. Replacement seat kits are available separately from Lippert.
  • This product ships heavy and boxed -- inspect packaging for damage before signing for delivery and before installation.
