Lippert OEM Replacement Level Up Systems Lippert 807615 Level Up Brain Box Controller Replacement

When your Lippert Level Up leveling system stops responding or throws errors, the brain box controller is often the culprit. This is the genuine OEM replacement unit -- part number 807615 -- designed to restore full automatic leveling functionality to all Level Up style systems. It drops in with the included mounting hardware and gets your rig back on level ground fast.

The Right Controller for Lippert Level Up Systems

The Lippert Level Up Brain Box Controller (part 807615) is the central processing unit that manages your Level Up automatic leveling system. It interprets sensor input, coordinates hydraulic or electric jack actuation, and communicates with your in-cab control panel. When this unit fails -- common symptoms include unresponsive controls, error codes on the display, or jacks that run continuously -- replacing it restores normal system operation without replacing the entire leveling system.

This controller is specifically engineered for the Level Up platform and is not interchangeable with Lippert Ground Control electric leveling systems. If you are unsure which system your RV has, look for the "Level Up" label on your in-cab panel or junction box, or check your owner's documentation for the system type.

OEM Fit and Function

Genuine Lippert replacement part designed to match the original controller exactly -- same pinout, same mounting footprint, no modifications needed.

Includes Mounting Hardware

Comes with flat mounting brackets and all necessary fasteners so you can secure the controller properly without sourcing extra hardware.

Non-Wireless Design

Designed for wired Level Up system configurations. Does not add or require wireless/Bluetooth remote capability.

1-Year Warranty

Backed by Lippert's limited 1-year manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.

What This Controller Does

The brain box is the nerve center of the Level Up system. It receives signals from the leveling sensor (inclinometer), monitors jack position and travel limits, and drives the valve or motor outputs to extend and retract each jack in the correct sequence. A faulty controller can cause symptoms ranging from complete system lockout to erratic jack behavior or false "system level" readings.

Replacing the controller alone is often the most cost-effective repair when the jacks, hoses, pump, and sensor have been verified functional but the system still misbehaves. Lippert service dealers commonly stock this unit as a go-to diagnostic swap-out part.

Direct Replacement: Part 807615 supersedes the earlier Lippert part number 241129. If your existing controller or parts list references 241129, this is the correct current replacement unit.

Typical Installation Overview

  • Disconnect shore power and verify all jacks are retracted before beginning work.
  • Locate the existing brain box -- typically mounted in a basement compartment or under-chassis bracket near the leveling system pump or valve block.
  • Label and photograph all wiring harness connections before unplugging.
  • Remove the old controller from its mounting bracket.
  • Mount the new 807615 controller using the included flat brackets and hardware.
  • Reconnect all harness plugs in their original positions.
  • Restore power and perform a system initialization or auto-level cycle to verify operation.
Note: Some Level Up system installations may require a system re-calibration after controller replacement. Refer to Lippert's Level Up setup procedure for your specific system generation to confirm sensor and jack limits are correctly established after the swap.
Maintenance Tip: While the controller is out, inspect the wiring harness for chafed insulation, corrosion at connector pins, and moisture intrusion in the connector bodies. Corroded connectors are a common cause of controller damage and can take out a new unit if not addressed before reinstallation.
Not Sure If This Is Your Problem? Common Level Up controller failure signs include: control panel shows power but jacks won't move, auto-level cycle starts then immediately stops, one or more jacks run out of sequence, or the system reports a fault code immediately after power-up. If the in-cab touchpad itself is the issue, a separate pad replacement is required -- this listing covers the brain box only.
