The MaxxAir 00-03810B MaxxFan Dome Plus is the black version of MaxxAir's compact dome ventilation solution — identical in function to the white 00-03810W, but with a black fan guard for roofs, walls, and interiors where a dark finish is preferred. At just 8" in outer diameter with a 6-1/4" cutout, it installs in tight ceiling or wall locations that no standard 14"x14" vent can reach — ideal for RV bathrooms, showers, small kitchens, and camper van builds.
The MaxxFan Dome Plus actively removes moisture, heat, and odors with its 200 CFM exhaust fan, while an integrated rain shield means the lid can stay open and the fan can run even in wet weather. A built-in LED trim ring provides overhead lighting, and when the dome lid is closed, the fan still circulates interior air like a ceiling fan — keeping the space fresh at all times.

The official MaxxAir / AIRXCEL warranty for this product is 2 years from the original date of purchase — covering defects in materials and workmanship. If installed as original equipment on a vehicle, the warranty period begins on the date of original vehicle purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or connection to 115V AC. Cutout Required: 6-1/4" diameter hole in roof or wall. Roof/Wall Thickness: Minimum 1" — Maximum 6". The included extension sleeve is used for thicknesses over 1". Handle Clearance: The handle protrudes approximately 3.08" below the ceiling when the lid is closed and 2.14" when open. Sealant: A self-leveling lap sealant (such as Sikaflex 715 or equivalent) is recommended for rooftop installations to ensure a watertight seal around the base. Sealant is not included. Wiring: 2-wire 12V DC connection. Do not connect to 115V AC — will void warranty and damage unit.
