Tandem breakers are not universal. The Parallax Power ITEQ2020 should only be installed in load centers or RV power centers that list/accept Siemens Type QT tandem breakers.

The panel wiring diagram should show which positions accept tandem breakers. Do not install a tandem breaker in a position that is not listed for tandem use, and do not exceed the total number of circuits allowed by the panel.
