The 209630 installs as a drop-in (self-rimming) unit. The rim seats on the cabinet deck and is typically secured with mounting clips underneath. Apply a bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter before dropping the sink in to prevent moisture from working under the rim -- especially important in an RV environment where lateral movement is constant.
The 209630 requires a standard kitchen-style drain basket (not included). A single faucet hole is centered on the rear deck. Standard RV and residential faucets with a 1-3/8 inch diameter shank fit without modification.
