The Wanderer 2.0 ships as a complete under-sink kit. You will need a standard water line connection and a hole for the faucet, but you will not need to source extra fittings or a separate faucet.
The Wanderer 2.0 is designed to mount under the sink in a standard RV cabinet. The unit connects inline on the cold-water supply line. A dedicated faucet hole (typically 1-3/8 inch standard faucet bore) accepts the included smart faucet. The 12V DC power lead connects to the RV house battery circuit or can use the included AC adapter on shore power.
Older UV purification systems use mercury-vapor lamps that burn out after approximately 9,000 hours and require careful disposal. The Acuva UV-LED module has a significantly longer rated service life, contains no mercury, draws less power, and reaches full disinfection intensity almost instantly with no warm-up period -- all advantages for intermittent RV use where the system may be switched on and off frequently.
