The SuperSteer SS175 Idler Arm Support Assembly eliminates steering play and wander that affects tire and component wear on GMC/Chevy trucks, vans and SUVs. Original equipment designs use sleeve bushings which wear out prematurely and cannot be adjusted for side play. The SuperSteer SS175 uses tapered roller bearings which are far better at carrying load and can be adjusted to achieve precise movement. Features heavy-duty construction with a strong cast aluminum housing, steel spindle, and hi-tensile strength casting.

Lifted Trucks: If your truck is lifted, we recommend installing the SS175 with the SS125 weld-on gusset for extra support (sold separately). Larger tires and lift kits may worsen steering problems. Alignment recommended after installation.
