The Suburban Mfg 525005 is a genuine OEM replacement electrode (2-prong igniter spark probe) for all Suburban SW-Series water heaters. It provides both spark ignition and flame sensing, and is a common fix for a water heater that won't light or has trouble staying lit. This part also supersedes the older part number 232258.
This electrode does not include the connecting wire. The compatible spark electrode wire with boot and spade is sold separately as part #232456.
