The Coleman Mach 9430A717 is a Deluxe non-ducted ceiling assembly, designed with a special contour to fit snugly against convex vehicle ceilings. Its low-profile, Euro-styled design provides a contemporary look while covering any existing ceiling imprints when replacing an earlier ceiling assembly. Conditioned air is directed forward and aft through the front and rear airflow dampers, and pop-out retainer grilles give easy, tool-free access to the washable air filters. At only about 2" thick and just over 6 lbs., it's a straightforward wall-thermostat-controlled upgrade for a compatible non-ducted system.
This assembly has control provisions for an optional electric heat strip, but it will not work with heat pump systems. Mach 8 units use electric heat kit part #47233-4551; other compatible Coleman Mach air conditioners use electric heat kit part #9233A4551 (both sold separately). This assembly measures 19" L x 20" W x 2" D, keeping a slim profile against the ceiling while covering existing imprints from an earlier assembly.
