The BAL 29050B is the short-profile foot pad for BAL's 1,000 lb. tongue jack family — the smaller-leg counterpart to the 29056B used on 2,000 lb. and 5,000 lb. jacks. It fits tongue jacks with a 1-5/8" inner (1-7/8" outer) leg diameter, which is the standard leg size on BAL's 1,000 lb. A-frame tongue jack models.
The pad slips over the bottom of the jack leg and is locked in place with the included lynch pin, widening the contact footprint to keep the jack from digging into soft dirt, sand, or grass when the trailer is parked. At approximately 1/2" of added height, it is the low-profile option for this leg size — ideal when clearance isn't a concern and a clean, minimal fit is preferred.

The 29050B fits the 1-5/8" inner / 1-7/8" outer leg found on BAL's 1,000 lb. tongue jacks only. If your jack has a 2" inner tube — common on 2,000 lb. and 5,000 lb. models — you need the 29056B (short), 29055B (mid), or 29054 (extended) instead. Using the wrong pad for your leg diameter will result in a loose or non-functional fit.
