Restore the clean look and full weather protection of your rooftop AC unit with this direct-fit OEM-spec replacement shroud. Purpose-built for Coleman Mach 4900 and 9000 series air conditioners -- the most common rooftop units found on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and Class A and C motorhomes -- this shroud bolts on without cutting, drilling, or adapters.
The exterior shroud on a rooftop AC takes a beating -- UV exposure, road debris, tree branches, and hail all conspire to crack, fade, or shatter the outer housing. A damaged shroud is more than cosmetic: it exposes the condenser coil and fan to rain and road grit, accelerates coil corrosion, and can void any remaining warranty on the unit itself.
Coleman Mach part 9203-5261 is the factory-referenced replacement shroud for the 4900 series and 9000 series Coleman/RVP rooftop air conditioners. It matches the original mounting footprint and profile exactly, so installation is a straightforward remove-and-replace job that most RV owners can complete in under an hour with basic hand tools.
Designed specifically for Coleman Mach 4900 and 9000 series units. No drilling, cutting, or adapters needed.
Molded from UV-stabilized ABS-type plastic to resist fading, chalking, and cracking under continuous sun exposure.
Full outer housing keeps rain, debris, and road grit away from condenser coils and the condenser fan blade.
Carries OEM part number 9203-5261, the standard replacement reference for this shroud across the Coleman Mach service network.
This shroud is compatible with the following Coleman Mach rooftop air conditioner series manufactured under the Coleman/RVP brand:
If you are unsure which series your unit belongs to, locate the model/serial label on the inside of the existing shroud or on the unit baseplate. The first four digits of the model number identify the series (4900 or 9000).
Before removing the old shroud, photograph the existing screw locations and any wire routing visible through the shroud vents. The 9203-5261 uses the same screw pattern as the original, so your photos will make reassembly faster. Typical fasteners are #10 self-tapping screws -- reuse the originals or replace with stainless equivalents to prevent rust streaking on the roof.
Coleman Mach produces multiple shroud profiles across its product line. The 9203-5261 fits only the 4900 and 9000 series. It is not compatible with the 8000 series (Mach 8), 10000 series (Mach 10), 15000 series (Mach 15), or Mach 3 units. Those models use different footprints and will not accept this shroud without modification.
While the shroud is off, take the opportunity to rinse the condenser coil fins from the inside out using a garden hose or low-pressure sprayer. A clean condenser can recover 5-10% efficiency on an older unit. Inspect the condenser fan blade for cracks or chips and replace if any imbalance is found before reinstalling the new shroud.
