At 15'1" wide, this fabric is intentionally sized approximately 11 inches shorter than the nominal awning assembly width. That is the standard fit for 16 ft awnings: the roller tube and arms add that extra length on each side, so the fabric measurement and the awning assembly measurement are not the same. Measure your current fabric, not the roller, before ordering.

Remove your existing fabric from the roller and measure the fabric itself from end to end -- not the roller tube or the arm span. The fabric width should be approximately 15'1" (181 inches) for this replacement to fit correctly. The awning assembly will measure approximately 16 ft (192 inches) including the end caps and roller hardware.
Replacement awning fabric is cut and processed to order. Because of this, it cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed. Double-check your measurements and color selection before ordering. If you are unsure of your awning's fabric width, measure the existing fabric directly.
