Buying a full replacement pump when only the internals are worn is unnecessary and avoidable.
The R660RK is a complete internal rebuild kit engineered to restore a worn R660-series pump to factory specification. Every critical wear part is included in one package. No guessing which rollers or seals to source separately -- Remco kits it correctly the first time.
Six 3/4" max rollers -- the primary wear component -- are included for a full rotor replacement, not a partial fix.
Precision needle bearing supports the rotor shaft and handles radial loads during continuous pump operation.
Two lip seals prevent fluid bypass around the shaft and protect the bearing from contamination or chemical ingress.
End cover O-ring and pill key are included -- all hardware needed to fully disassemble, rebuild, and reseal the pump housing.

A roller pump rebuild is appropriate when the pump body, housing, and fittings are intact and undamaged but performance has degraded. Common indicators that the R660RK will restore pump function:
If the pump housing is cracked, the rotor is scored, or the end cover is damaged, a full pump replacement is the correct path. This kit addresses internal wear parts only.
