Patented variable-speed technology. Virtually silent operation with just-like-home pressure. IAPMO & NSF certified. Freshwater use only. Made in the USA.
The Remco AquaJet Series has built its reputation as the most advanced RV water pump on the market — and the 55AQUAJET-ARV24 is the 24V DC version of the flagship 5.3 GPM model. With years of field-proven reliability and a patented variable-speed smart controller, this pump continuously monitors and adjusts its motor speed to maintain steady, consistent pressure at every fixture in your RV. The result is water pressure that genuinely feels like home.
What sets the AquaJet apart from conventional on/off pressure switch pumps is its digital control system. Rather than cycling on and off each time you open a faucet, the AquaJet ramps up smoothly and holds the pressure you need — eliminating the banging, pulsing, and rapid switching noises that are common with older pump designs. An exclusive soft-start feature further reduces startup surge for whisper-quiet operation even in the middle of the night.
⚠️ Important: Do not install an accumulator tank with the AquaJet. Unlike conventional pressure switch pumps, the AquaJet's variable-speed controller will continue running after flow stops if an accumulator is installed, potentially building dangerous pressure. The AquaJet is also not compatible with Remco's RACT series accumulator tanks.
Patented digital controller automatically adjusts motor speed to maintain steady pressure — no hunting, no pulsing
Soft-start technology and variable speed eliminate rapid cycling noise — dramatically quieter than competitive pumps
Certified for potable water use — safe for drinking water applications in RV and coach freshwater systems
Built specifically for 24V coach electrical systems — factory-set controller capped at 10 Amps with thermal protection
The AquaJet variable-speed pump must not be used with an accumulator tank or pulsation dampener (including Remco's RACT series). Because the AquaJet's controller senses flow rather than pressure to shut off, adding an accumulator will cause the pump to continue running after all water flow has stopped — building extreme pressure that can damage pipes, fittings, and the pump itself. This also applies to soft-wash and other bypass-style accumulator setups. If your system currently uses an accumulator, remove it before installing the AquaJet.
The 55AQUAJET-ARV24 is purpose-built for freshwater systems that demand quiet, consistent pressure: RV & Coach (Primary Use): • Class A, B, and C motorhomes with 24V electrical systems • Luxury coaches and high-end travel trailers • Full-time RV living where home-like water pressure is essential Alternative & Industrial: • Off-grid and alternative energy freshwater systems • General industrial freshwater delivery (24V systems) • Marine freshwater applications requiring potable-grade certification
The AquaJet is a direct drop-in replacement for most OEM RV water pump installations. 1. Remove Old Pump: Disconnect power and plumbing from the existing pump. If an accumulator tank is present, remove it — do not use with the AquaJet. 2. Mount the Pump: Use the industry-standard mounting footprint to bolt the AquaJet in place. The pump can be installed in any orientation. 3. Connect Plumbing: Attach inlet and outlet lines to the ¾" Quick Attach ports. Use the included ½" threaded fittings as needed. Apply Teflon tape to all threaded connections. 4. Wire the Pump: Connect the 14 AWG leads to your 24V DC supply — red to positive, black to negative. Route wiring away from heat sources and sharp edges. 5. Test the System: Restore power and run the pump briefly to purge air. The soft-start controller will ramp up smoothly. Check all connections for leaks. Note: Do not add a fuse larger than the circuit's rated capacity. For wiring questions, contact Remco at 1-800-228-2481.

The 55AQUAJET-ARV24 is covered by Remco Industries' 2-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty — extended coverage exclusive to the AquaJet series. Remco will repair or replace, at their discretion, any unit found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty does NOT cover: • Misuse, abuse, misapplication, or external damage • Products altered outside the Remco factory • Damage caused by use with an accumulator tank • Normal wear or appearance issues Warranty returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. Contact Remco to initiate a warranty claim.
All AquaJet models share the same patented variable-speed technology, soft-start feature, EPDM valves, Santoprene diaphragm, IAPMO/NSF certification, and 2-year warranty. Choose your model based on voltage availability (12V vs 24V) and required flow rate (3.4 vs 5.3 GPM).
