The Remco 3200 AG Series bridges the gap between the compact 3300 Series and the higher-output 5500 Series — delivering 3.5 GPM at 60 PSI in a lightweight, efficient package. The 90-3214-1E1-82B-SB is the standard on-demand configuration with ¾" Quick Attach female ports, purpose-built for agricultural spraying, liquid fertilizer application, and industrial fluid delivery where moderate-to-high flow rates are needed without the added weight and cost of a larger pump.
Engineered with Professional Grade components for long and continuous duty cycles, the 3200 AG Series features an ultra-efficient motor design that keeps operating amperage and heat low — making it ideal for battery-powered ATV, UTV, and truck-mounted sprayer systems where power conservation matters. The ¾" Quick Attach ports snap hoses on and off in seconds for fast chemical changeovers in the field.
Powered by Remco's signature completely sealed 12V DC motor with IP65 ingress protection, this pump handles the harshest outdoor environments. Standard Viton valves and Santoprene diaphragm provide excellent compatibility with the most common herbicides, fertilizers, and insecticides.

This pump must NEVER be used with gasoline, diesel, or any petroleum-based products. Use only with water-based agricultural chemicals, liquid fertilizers, and other compatible non-flammable fluids. The 90-3214-1E1-82B-SB is designed for medium-flow agricultural and industrial sprayer systems using ¾" QA hose connections: Agricultural & Chemical: • ATV, UTV, and truck-mounted boom sprayers • Spot spray and field sprayer systems • Liquid fertilizer application and transfer • Soft washing and bleaching operations • De-icing fluid application Industrial & Municipal: • Equipment washdown • Dust suppression systems • General industrial fluid delivery on ¾" QA hose systems • Road maintenance and liquid transfer
On-demand setup — pump runs when flow is open, stops when closed. 1. Mount the Pump: Secure to your sprayer frame or mounting surface. The pump can be mounted in any orientation but should be located no more than 10 feet above the fluid source for reliable priming. 2. Connect Plumbing: Snap your ¾" Quick Attach hoses directly onto the inlet and outlet ports — no tools or thread tape needed. Use appropriate hose clamps on the hose barb side of your QA fittings. 3. Electrical Connection: Connect the 14 AWG leads to your 12V DC supply via relay. Protect the supply line with a 15 Amp fuse as close to the power source as possible. A relay is recommended — do not switch the pump load through a small toggle switch directly. 4. Prime & Test: Fill the inlet line with fluid before starting to assist prime. Run briefly to purge air, then check all fittings for leaks at operating pressure. Note: The pump will prime only if all pressure is relieved from the outlet port before starting. The 90-3214-1E1-82B-SB is covered by Remco Industries' 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of manufacture (or 1 year from date of purchase with proof of purchase). Remco will repair or replace, at their discretion, any unit found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty does NOT cover: • Misuse, abuse, misapplication, or external damage • Use with gasoline, flammable liquids, or incompatible chemicals • Products altered outside the Remco factory • Normal wear, brush wear (may be limited to 1,000 hours), or appearance Warranty returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Remco prior to shipping any product back.

The 3200 AG Series steps up from the 3300 Series with 3.5 GPM flow (vs. 2.2 GPM) and 10 ft prime (vs. 8 ft). The "1" control digit = Demand; "2" = Bypass.
