The LVSG-626 is a square-drive socket designed for Viking and Coachmen fold-down campers with a square winch pocket crank. While most conventional socket designs are round, this group of Socket Jenie models is square to match the square winch pockets used on these campers. The shank is machined to .680" square — slightly smaller than 3/4" — and inserts over 1" into the winch pocket for a solid, engaged fit. The drill chuck end is precision-machined for a 1/2" chuck and will not slip when properly tightened.

This socket is precision-machined to not slip in the drill chuck. Because of this, if the movement of the roof is suddenly stopped, serious injury can occur — the drill torque has nowhere to go except the operator's arm or hand. Use caution at all times during operation. Be prepared for the sudden stop when the roof reaches its travel limit. Keep a firm but controlled grip on the drill — do not brace against fixed objects in a way that would transfer sudden torque to your joints. This warning applies to all Socket Jenie products and is emphasized by the manufacturer.
