The LVSG-628 is machined for the specific square winch pocket geometry used on Dutchman fold-down campers with a lift system. The 3/4" hole at the socket end engages the 7/8" square winch pocket, and the 4-1/2" overall length provides the reach needed to seat properly. The drill chuck end features a non-slip arbor machined precisely for a 1/2" drill chuck — it will not spin in the chuck when properly tightened.

The non-slip arbor design means this socket will not slip in the drill chuck when properly tightened. This is intentional — but it also means that if the movement of the roof is suddenly stopped, serious injury can occur as the drill torque transfers to the operator's arm or hand. Use caution at all times during operation. Be prepared for the sudden stop when the roof reaches its travel limit. Keep a firm but controlled grip on the drill — do not brace against fixed objects in a way that would transfer sudden torque to your joints. This warning applies to all Socket Jenie products and is emphasized by the manufacturer.
