The LVSG-501 is designed for truck campers with newer style Atwood camper jacks. The key identifier: newer style Atwood jacks do not have a plastic safety ring on the crank. The LVSG-501 is machined specifically for the crank geometry of newer style Atwood truck camper jacks — the style without the plastic safety ring on the crank. It fits over the nub and engages the cross pin for a solid connection to the jack. The specially machined stem prevents the socket from slipping in the drill chuck. Constructed from steel with a corrosion-resistant finish for long-term outdoor durability.

Due to the jack geometry and the momentum of the drill motor, the jack can snap back into the storage position suddenly. This can potentially break the ears of the socket and cause injury to the operator. Use caution at all times during operation. Be alert as the jack approaches the storage position and be prepared for a sudden stop or snap-back. Keep a controlled grip on the drill and do not overrun the jack travel. This warning is specific to the Atwood jack geometry and is emphasized by the manufacturer.
