The Swagman Original 3 is designed exclusively for 2-inch hitch receivers. It will not fit 1.25-inch or 1-7/8-inch receivers without an adapter sleeve (sold separately). The rack slides into the receiver and is secured with the included clip and hitch pin -- no additional hardware required for basic installation.
Swagman specifically recommends this rack for the back of Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. However, if you're mounting to a trailer or fifth wheel hitch, ground clearance is critical.
