Locking the tripod in place eliminates both front-to-back and side-to-side motion for a rock-solid, stable feel.
Setup is quick and tool-free: pull the center chain, snug up the threaded hitch cup, and you're done. Quick-latch legs let you extend the stabilizer well beyond its base range for uneven terrain or boondocking spots, and a built-in hitch cup with an included padlock keeps it secure from theft when parked.
