Front stabilizing tripod for 5th wheel trailers. Supports the kingpin to eliminate front-end bounce and sway. Fits kingpin heights 41"–68". Three extension legs for uneven terrain. Fold-down drive screw handles, large base pads with chain and hooks.
The BAL 25035 Deluxe Kingpin Tripod is a front-end stabilizing jack designed specifically for 5th wheel trailers. Unlike the C-Jacks and scissor jacks that brace against the trailer's side or rear frame, the kingpin tripod works by supporting the trailer's kingpin directly — the front attachment point that carries the most vertical load and is typically the source of the front-end bounce and rock that makes a parked 5th wheel uncomfortable.
The tripod design spreads the load across three large-diameter base pads connected by heavy-duty chains and hooks, providing side-to-side frame overhang stability and front-to-rear stability simultaneously. The deluxe 25035 adds three telescoping extension legs that the standard 25033 lacks, making it effective on uneven terrain where the base legs need to reach different heights. Setup takes seconds: unfold the tripod, position it under the kingpin, extend the drive leg using the fold-down handle until the jack engages the kingpin firmly, and fold the handle back up.
Stabilizes from the kingpin down — addresses front-end bounce at its source rather than from the frame sides
Three telescoping extension legs allow the base pads to reach uneven terrain — the key upgrade over the standard 25033
Unfold, position, extend, done — no tools required and no complex adjustments needed
Heavy-duty chain and hooks keep the three base pads spread and locked in position during use
Deploys in seconds — no tools needed: 1. Unfold the tripod and position it directly under the 5th wheel kingpin 2. Spread the three base legs and secure them with the chain and hooks 3. If terrain is uneven, extend the telescoping extension legs to reach the ground evenly 4. Fold down the drive screw handle and turn to extend the center leg upward until it firmly engages the kingpin 5. Fold the drive handle back up into the storage position Maximum drive leg extension is 9" — this is the maximum allowable distance between the base pads and the chain when fully extended.
• 1x BAL 25035 Deluxe Kingpin Tripod Stabilizing Jack • 3x Telescoping extension legs • 3x Large-diameter base pads • Heavy-duty chain and hooks Also Available in This Series: • 25033 — Standard Kingpin Tripod (no extension legs) • 25037 — Gooseneck Tripod (same as 25033 with 2-5/16" gooseneck ball adapter)
The 25035 is designed for 5th wheel trailers with a kingpin. It is not intended for gooseneck trailers. If you have a gooseneck trailer with a 2-5/16" ball, see the BAL 25037 — it is the same tripod as the standard 25033 but includes an adapter that secures to the gooseneck ball instead of a kingpin. Verify your trailer's kingpin height falls between 41" and 68" before ordering.
All three models set up in seconds with no tools. The 25035 Deluxe is the best choice for any campsite where the ground may be uneven. Choose the 25033 Standard for level terrain only, or the 25037 for gooseneck trailers.
