The BAL 25033 is the standard version of BAL's Classic Series Kingpin Tripod — the same core product as the Deluxe 25035, minus the three telescoping extension legs. It is designed for 5th wheel trailers parked on level or near-level terrain, where the ground is consistently flat enough that all three base pads can make solid contact without needing adjustable leg extensions.
Like the 25035, it stabilizes the 5th wheel by supporting the kingpin directly — the front attachment point that carries the most vertical load on a parked trailer and is the primary source of front-end bounce. The tripod spreads its footprint across three large-diameter base pads secured by a heavy-duty chain and hooks, providing full side-to-side and front-to-rear stability. The fold-down drive screw handle adjusts the center leg up to 9" to firmly engage the kingpin, then folds flat for storage.

The 25033 does not include extension legs. On uneven terrain, one or more base pads may not make full ground contact, reducing stability. If your campsites frequently have uneven or sloped ground, the 25035 Deluxe is the better choice. Also verify your trailer's kingpin height falls between 41" and 68" before ordering.
