The Cummins Onan 300-5331 is a remote control panel that allows start/stop operation of compatible Onan gasoline and LP vapor RV generators from inside the vehicle. It features an illuminated rocker switch and mounts via the included mounting plate and hardware, with a full-size mounting template included in the instruction sheet.
The 300-5331 is the standard panel — illuminated switch only, no secondary display. If you also want to track generator run hours for maintenance scheduling, the 300-5332 adds an analog hourmeter. The 300-5333 adds a DC voltmeter instead. All three panels require the same wiring harness and are compatible with the same generator families.
This panel requires a wiring harness — either the 10-foot (338-3489-01) or 30-foot (338-3489-02), sold separately.

This panel does not include a wiring harness. To connect it to your generator you will need: • 338-3489-01 — 10-foot harness • 338-3489-02 — 30-foot harness Both harnesses connect directly to the sealed remote connector on the generator and the back of this panel.
This panel requires the diagnostics-capable control system found on later-spec generators. It is not suitable for MicroQuiet KY Spec A–E or MicroLite KV Spec A–E generators. Check your generator's spec letter before ordering.
