Bring your bikes along without sacrificing cargo space inside your RV. The Surco BT300 clamps directly onto your existing spare tire using a heavy-duty steel mounting plate -- no hitch, no drilling, no bed space lost. Up to three bicycles ride in padded, non-scratch channels with a locking top plate that keeps them firmly in place on the road.
The BT300 is purpose-built for RVers and overlanders who already have a full-size spare mounted on the rear of their rig. The rack's universal mounting plate wraps around the spare tire's wheel and tightens securely, turning an otherwise unused spare into a functional bike-carrying platform.
Each bike sits in a padded cradle channel that protects frames from scratches and vibration. The locking top plate pins the bikes in place so they don't shift or bounce loose during highway driving or rough terrain.
Attaches to any full-size spare tire mounted on the exterior of a vehicle or RV -- no permanent modifications required.
Accommodates up to three adult bicycles side by side in individual padded cradle channels.
Top plate secures and locks bikes to the rack, preventing movement and reducing the risk of theft during stops.
Bikes are gripped in foam-padded channels that protect frames and paint from metal-on-metal contact during transit.
The BT300 is fabricated from heavy-duty steel and finished in a durable black powder coat. Powder coating resists rust and UV degradation, which matters when the rack lives on the outside of a vehicle year-round. All contact surfaces that touch the spare wheel and bicycle frames are padded to prevent damage.
The heavy-duty mounting plate slides behind the spare tire and tightens against the wheel using the included hardware. The system is designed to fit standard full-size spare tires and does not require any permanent drilling or modification to the vehicle. Installation and removal can be completed with basic hand tools.
Surco backs the BT300 with a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
