Compact 6-1/4" round roof vent with a quiet centrifugal 12V fan and an easy one-hand spin handle, keeping motorhomes, enclosed trailers, and cargo vans ventilated.
The Ventline VP-543 is part of the Vanair line, a compact round roof vent well suited to smaller rough openings than the standard 14" x 14" Ventadome vents, such as those found on cargo vans and smaller enclosed trailers. A convenient handle allows easy one-hand opening or closing - simply push to open and pull to close the smoke-colored, high-impact UV-stabilized plastic dome. Once open, the 12V centrifugal fan circulates 100 CFM of air quietly, exhausting hot, stale air while the RV or trailer remains locked and secure, all while drawing just 1.5 amps. The mounting flange is corrosion-resistant, chrome-plated heavy-gauge steel, and a matching Polar White (Colonial White) screen, handle, and ceiling garnish are included for a finished interior look.
Only the fan on this vent is 12V powered; the dome itself opens and closes manually with the spin handle, not a motorized lift. This vent is designed for roof installation only and was not designed for mounting on a trailer sidewall.
The included garnish accommodates roof thickness from 1/2" to 2-1/2". Extension rings for thicker roofs are available as a special order item.
